The Canal Days Concert Series is free and open to all ages.
Donations will be accepted at the entrance to help support the event.
CONCERT RULES​
The City of Port Colborne is committed to creating spaces that are enjoyable and safe for all members of the local and wider community. In working towards this we expect that all attendees act in a legally appropriate manner and not be offensive or inappropriate with others. For your safety and enjoyment, any individuals behaving in an unacceptable manner will be asked to leave.
In order to ensure the health and safety of all concertgoers, please note the following rules will be strongly enforced:

No lawn chairs (Friday and Saturday)

An accessible seating area is available for individuals with accessibility needs.

Picnic benches are also available for concertgoers who are unable to sit on the grass or stand for long periods of time.​

No coolers or large bags/backpacks

Alcohol service for those 19+ with wristband - valid ID required

Bag checks upon entry
-
No outside alcohol or open beverages
-
No smoking or vaping
-
No pets

CONCERT RULES
The Concerts at the Canal Days Marine Heritage Festival, presented by GIO Rail, are all-ages events. Anyone that wishes to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages will be subject to having their ID checked to receive a wristband (19+). Wristband colours will change each night, so please ensure you always carry valid ID. Photographs or copies of ID are not accepted.
The venue has a capacity of 15,000 and since the show is free, the space fills up quickly. Arrive early for the best chance of getting to see the show.
The following items and actions are prohibited at the concerts:

Backpacks, large bags, coolers

Outside alcoholic beverages and open beverages (ex: open water bottle)

Glass containers

Weapons and/or any items that can be used as a weapon, including pocketknives, chains, and spiked clothing

Any object that can be used as a projectile

Signs 8.5”x11” or larger

Aerosol cans

Megaphones and artificial noise makers

Laser pointers
-
Non-collapsible umbrellas
-
Animals (service animals excepted)

Drugs and/or drug paraphernalia

Soccer balls or other sports equipment

Skateboards, rollerblades, roller skates, bicycles, scooters, motorized vehicles

Fireworks/sparklers
-
Drones
-
Smoking, vaping or consuming cannabis products

Professional video cameras or recording devices (with the exception of media carrying a Canal Days media pass)

Note: All bags will be subject to search upon entry to the event grounds.

All concert goers share responsibility for helping maintain a safe and respectful environment. If you witness any behaviour that goes against the expectations outlined above, please report it immediately to event security or an event ambassador.
