MEDICAL & WELLNESS SERVICES

Your safety and comfort are important to us. Throughout the festival, medical support, wellness services, water refill stations, misting stations, cooling spaces and sensory-friendly spaces are available to help visitors stay safe, hydrated, and comfortable. 

Medical Tents

Presented by Vale Base Metals, Medical tents are available throughout the festival grounds to provide first aid and emergency assistance. 

 

Downtown Festival Grounds 

Medical tents are available throughout the downtown festival area to provide first aid and emergency assistance during festival hours. 

Locations:

- Medical Tent 1: West Street and Clarence Street, at Bridge 21

Medical Tent 2: West Street and Victoria Street  

Hours:

- Friday: 12 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

- Sunday: 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

- Monday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

 

Concert Grounds 
A dedicated medical tent is available within the concert grounds to provide first aid and emergency assistance during evening concerts. 

Location: 

- H.H. Knoll Lakeview Park, near the accessible viewing area and VIP Captain's Lounge  

Hours: 

- Friday: 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

- Saturday: 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Wellness Tents

New this year, the Wellness Tent provides a private, comfortable space for festivalgoers who may need a quieter environment. The tent includes a nursing area, change table, seating, and space for personal care needs. 

Location:

- West Street and Victoria Street  

Hours: 

- Friday: 12 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

- Sunday: 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.  

- Monday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

 

Sensory-Friendly Zone

The Sensory-Friendly Zone provides a calm, welcoming space for neurodivergent children, their families, and anyone who may benefit from a quieter environment. The space includes floor mats, low-light blackout tents, noise-cancelling headphones, a weighted lap blanket, fidgets, and other sensory supports.

- Port Colborne Public Library  

Hours: 

- Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   

Water Wagon

Presented by Niagara Region, the Water Wagon provides free drinking water refills to help visitors stay hydrated throughout the festival. Please bring a reusable water bottle. 

Location:

- West Street and Clarence Street, at Bridge 21    

Hours: 

- Friday: 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.

- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.   

- Sunday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.   

- Monday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.   

Misting Station

Presented by Port Colborne Marine Auxiliary Rescue, the Misting Station offers a refreshing way to cool down on warm festival days. 

Location:

- Clarence Street and West Street on the Promenade  

Hours: 

- Friday: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

- Saturday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.   

- Sunday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.   

- Monday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.   

Cooling Station

Presented by The Gathering Place, the Cooling Station offers a comfortable indoor space where visitors can escape the heat and cool down. 

Location:

- 219 King Street, the Gathering Place

Hours: 

- Friday: 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

- Saturday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.   

- Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

- Monday 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
